i am usually not keen on large hotels, but this one changed my mind! the room was a good size and the included breakfast buffet was amazing!!! the hotel had easy access to the central train station and the area was easy to walk and navigate. the bathroom was super clean, and the shower was really great.

The elevator system felt overly complex. Needing the key to call it and input the floor felt a bit much initially. the staff, though helpful, didn't provide clear instructions, made the first try a little confusing.

the hotel enjoys a central location near the train station making access very easy. restaurants are nearby with plenty of options for dining. i found the rooftop bar offered excellent views and created a nice atmosphere. barista coffee was a great touch offering a superior breakfast experience

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The variety was excellent and catered to every taste. The layout was thoughtfully designed to prevent crowding. The coffee machine felt slightly below standard, but this was a very MINOR issue. I must say it was one of the best I've ever experienced.

Our arrival was not satisfactory, because there was no assistance with our bags. We requested help from the staff, but we received no support. We were forced to transport our luggage ourselves.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options , and I found that aspect acceptable.

The room I received was not well-kept . I noticed a spackled hole in the wall that had not been painted over. The lighting was also inadequate . The only light available was a reading light , so the room was quite dark. I also found it difficult to control the temperature , it remained set at 20C and made the room uncomfortably hot.

My room faced the meeting floor, and it was inconvenient. I found it hard to get to my room and then back out. I booked via hotels.com. Perhaps that impacted the room selection.
